Day 1: Arrive Nairobi
Arrive to Nairobi, Kenya, where you are met and escorted to your hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi / Masai Mara National Reserve
Fly across the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara National Reserve, the highlight of any East African safari. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive. (BLD)

Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara, widely considered to be Africa's greatest wildlife reserve. A balloon safari is also available (additional cost). (BLD)

Day 4: Masai Mara / Nairobi / Amboseli National Park
After the morning game drive, fly to Nairobi. After lunch at the world famous Carnivore Restaurant, drive to Amboseli National Park, with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. (BLD)

Day 5: Amboseli National Park
Today enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Vast herds of elephant roam the reserve, accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts - lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboons, gazelle, hippo and wildebeest to name but a few. (BLD)

Day 6: KENYA - Amboseli National Park
Catch your last views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro this morning, as we depart Amboseli National Park and head towards the border. (BLD)

Day 6: TANZANIA - Lake Manyara - Village Visit
Upon arrival at the Tanzanian border, continue to Lake Manyara National Park. This afternoon enjoy a village walk. A real cultural experience, feeling the heartbeat of an authentic African village with every step you take. (BLD)

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park
Enjoy a full day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra herds congregate on the grassy plains, as do giraffe, some of which are so dark in coloration that they appear to be black from a distance. (BLD)

Day 8: Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro Crater
Ascend through the highlands to the very rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. From there, descend into the crater for game viewing. Vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, buffalo and their predators - the big cats - roam the crater floor. (BLD)

Day 9: Ngorongoro / Olduvai Gorge / Serengeti National Park
Visit Olduvai Gorge, an archeological site extensively excavated by the Leakeys. Continue to Serengeti National Park, where huge herds of wildebeest, antelope and zebra provide an unequalled wildlife spectacle. Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive. (BLD)

Day 10: Serengeti National Park
Take morning and afternoon game drives along the river and out on the plains among the vast herds of migratory animals. A balloon safari is also available (additional cost). (BLD)

Day 11: Serengeti National Park / Arusha / Depart Kilimanjaro
This will be your final opportunity to bask in the unmatched grandeur of the African safari lands, before you fly to Arusha for lunch. A day room is provided before you transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (BL)
