Day 1: Vancouver
Arrive Vancouver International Airport, pick up vehicle from car rental agency and proceed to hotel. Take the rest of the day to create your own urban adventure amid the stores, parks, restaurants, theatres and other attractions in downtown Vancouver. Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 2: Vancouver
After breakfast have the entire day to tour Vancouver and the surrounding area. Visit MacMillan Planetarium, Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain and Stanley Park. Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 3: Vancouver/Victoria – 70 KM
After breakfast checkout and proceed to Tsawwassen Terminal to board BC Ferries. Sail across the Strait of Georgia, pass the rugged coastline of the Gulf Islands to Swartz Bay. Disembark and drive through the serene beauty of the Saanich Peninsula for a visit to Butchart Gardens, one of Victoria’s most celebrated sites and rated amongst the most beautiful gardens in the world. Later make your way to Victoria, the capital of British Columbia with its maritime heritage and colonial charm. Overnight in Victoria.
Day 4: Victoria/Whistler – 225 KM
After breakfast proceed on whale watching tour. Seek out orca, minke and grey whales, seals, porpoises and other marine wildlife. Afternoon checkout of hotel and back on the road through scenic ocean vistas to Nanaimo to board BC Ferries scenic ride back through the Strait of Georgia to Horseshoe Bay. From there follow the spectacular Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler Resort located at the foot of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. En- route visit Shannon Falls and explore dramatic canyons. Overnight in Whistler.
Day 5: Whistler
After breakfast the many charms of Whistler are yours to discover today. Fly like an eagle and travel the breathtaking 3-kilometre span between the peaks of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The Peak-2- Peak Gondola offers unparalleled views of these spectacular mountains. Overnight in Whistler.
Day 6: Whistler/Kamloops – 295 KM
After breakfast checkout and drive north along the Cariboo Highway to Kamloops. The vast, rugged landscape of Kamloops showcases a variety of terrain, from silt bluffs to rolling hills, that attracts visitors from all over the world. Check out the unbelievable panoramic views of mountain ranges, lush agriculture fields, Kamloops Lake and the meeting of the North and South Thompson Rivers right in the heart of the city.
Day 7: Kamloops/Kelowna – 170 KM
After breakfast checkout and drive south along highway 97 towards Vernon. Vernon offers several lakes, world-class golf, mountain and wellness resorts, great beaches and trails, outstanding mountain biking and spectacular farmers’ markets. Later continue journey to Kelowna. As the largest city located on stunning Okanagan Lake, Kelowna is a recreational lakeside paradise with miles of beautiful parkland and several sandy beaches that provide wonderful opportunities for swimming, boating, water-skiing, windsurfing and fishing.
Day 8: Kelowna/Vancouver – 385 KM
After breakfast checkout and drive to Vancouver. On arrival, proceed to drop off vehicle at car rental agency’s location at Vancouver Airport.
